Lecheria Las Lapas Style
Our yogurt is made with fresh milk, in a process that start less than an hour after milking time. It has to be heated to reduce bacteria that would otherwise compete with the probiotic culture that we introduce to the milk after heating and partially cooling. Yogurt is incubated 5 hours until it arrives naturally at its proper level of thickness and acidity. We do not add any thickeners or dried milk product. It is 100 percent natural from start to finish. After cooling, we hand bottle it to check for quality and consistency, because you deserve the very best. Our newest yogurt flavor is vanilla, made with real whole vanilla beans and lightly sweetened with cane sugar.

We always use the freshest fruit at its peak ripeness.
